I haven't seen Mad Max, but I *LOVED* Braveheart, The Man Without a Face, and The Patriot. My daughter loves Chicken Run!

I thought Braveheart was a great movie. It was the first I saw after purchasing my new DVD player. Mad Max is a joke. If you haven't seen it, don't bother.

Personally, I love Mel in the Mad Max movies. I don't take 'em too seriesly, though...
