If Manzione didn't testify at the WSI, then Kerry's 1971 Senate testimony doesn't suffer from his debunking.

I met this guy, he was temp assigned to NAS Atlanta prior to discharge (in early 69). I remember him as "jim", said he was a Seal and had helped found VVAW.
