It's not as hard as it made out to Homeschool.
We have been at it for two months. I have taken my six year old into 2nd grade work and my three year old is sounding out words and doing simple sums by Touch Math.
Get the book "Homeschool Your Child for Free" from Amazon. It was the best investment I ever made. I know that later in school it will be more work to teach at home but we are preparing now.
I heard a story on the radio yesterday that a boy brought the SI swimsuit issue to school. While I feel that this may have been inappropriate, the administration suspended this boy (middle school) and wanted to send him to a "special school". The world has gone nuts.
What your daughter is going through is crap.

Yes, I think I can handle helping to home school my nieces, but when my daughters were growing up I worked 12 hour shifts. This is the last year for my last daughter in public school she graduates this year, so we have to suffer the rest of the school year. I have printed out the Http://www.hardylaw.net/Truth_About_Bowling.html site and at least the rest of the year shall be thought provoking if you get my meaning!
