We all back you to the hilt. I think that the arguement that showing an R rated movie without parent's permission is going beyond a teachers authority. This is a ursurpaion of your authority.
The teacher is supposed to be more objective and not to push their viewpoints on the students. Also how is this helping the students education. Just more waste of time and resources?

The "R" rated is bad enough, but my daughter is 17. The thing that really gets me is the fact that this teacher is a ultr-liberal. The reason she is showing it, is she thinks it is a wonderful movie. She believes that pack of lies, and yes she is for gun control!

Well there goes that arguement. You have my support tomorrow. I live in the state next door, Maryland, and even though I know that WV is Democratic,it is a pro gun state. You probably would have a lot of support of other parents.
