because it's not a violation of tos?
you are not required to monitor all articles you have ever posted. some people actually post and go to work.

a new freeper might just not know HOW to post an article correctly. not sufficient for banning. just like failure to capitalize or punctuate.

bad form yes.
bad enough to delete.. no way.

Bull! If it looks like a duck and walks like a duck . . .

Besides, I've seen the mods pull many-a-thread for not having a source.

Jonathan Hurd, vice president of the Boston consulting firm Adventis, said Comcast's Disney bid may also be a defensive tactic as Murdoch's News Corp., which owns the Fox TV and movie units, takes a controlling interest in DirecTV.

"Owning Disney is potentially a bargaining chip for them if Murdoch tried to hold content hostage" and restrict Comcast's access to Fox programming, Hurd said.

THERE does seem to be an ongoing battle between comcast and murdoch who owns fox, over his content. murdoch took over direct tv a satellite competitor of comcast. It would not surprise me in the least if comcast cut the broadcast news organ of a primary competitor.

To continue to offer fox, now that rupert has direct, owuld be like taco bell offering mcdonalds hamburgers for sale, and in that light, this post actually may be going somewhere in the 'real world.'
