"According to the Dodge County sheriff's report on the arrest, Lautenschlager registered a blood-alcohol level of 0.12% on a breath test at the scene but refused later to take a blood test. Wisconsin moved last year to a 0.08 blood-alcohol standard from the traditional 0.10 threshold for drunken driving."

She took a mighty risk by getting into that automobile after drinking.
Irresponsible in the extreme, risking the lives of herself and others on the road.
