WAUKESHA COUNTY EXECUTIVE DAN FINLEY ENDORSES RUSS DARROW FOR U.S. SENATE WAUKESHA, WI This morning Waukesha County Executive Dan Finley endorsed Republican Russ Darrow in his race for the United States Senate. The people of Waukesha County need a U.S. Senator who will focus on creating more meaningful jobs here in Wisconsin, said Finley. Russ Darrow has spent the last thirty-eight years of his life building a business from scratch into one of the largest auto dealerships in the state that currently employees 950 people. That is the job creation experience that the working families of Wisconsin need in the United States Senate. Dan Finley is a leader in his community and his endorsement means a lot to me, Darrow said. Waukesha County is critical to winning a statewide election and I am fortunate to have his support. Russ Darrow is the only Republican in this race that can beat Russ Feingold and I look forward to leading the charge here in Waukesha County, said Finley. -30-

Will there be a primary in April to narrow the field? I am very anxious to get Feingold OUT.

Yeah Darrow will be a strong candidate. Feingold needs a strong challenger. With Darrow's name recognition, Margaret Farrow, a well financed campaign and now Dan Finley on board, he'd make a good choice. I'll support him and volunteer for his campaign.

So what? Michels is the FAR better alternative--and Finley's joining of Darrow's team proves it, conclusively.
