One Doctor's side of the story. Shouldn't the DEA be reminded of the effect of well-intended policies on law-abiding patients?

I wonder what the other side of the story is. I know people around here shop for doctors that will give them Oxycontin for their "pain". One doctors ended up being the major source for one of the big Oxy rings.
