the black wind/earthquake thing is supposed to happen when the iman mahdi is coming, which they missed their chance for during ramadan, not sure when the next eclipes of both the sun and moon will happen. I think I read it wasn't for MANY years to come. So this black wind thing could have any number of meanings.

Speaking of hidden meanings, diversions and unknown times being alluded to by AQ [and even 13 Mar], we assume weekday attack. Attack on landmark like SoL is not dependent on casualties. Weekday not required IMO. Be vigilant at all times. It will probably be multiple attacks and methods and yes I think we ought to go up on the alert.
