Just got back from my final mission of the day, and settling in for a little bit.

The references in the letter lead me to believe this is the opening phase of a new set of terrorist guerilla operations against Allied and Coalition targets of opportunity, beginning in Europe and ending with some type of strike in America.

This isnt a traditional Al Qaeda discourse type letter or fatwa. It seems complete with rash claims, taunts against Allied heads of state, and bragging about ongoing operations that would indicate to me that lower rank Al Qaeda ( third level)operatives possibly were responsible for this attack.

I hope I am wrong, but if this letter is authentic, it looks like younger, wilder, and more brazen heads are responsible for these attacks, and they seem un-worried about public opinion.

There is a wild animal type of blood lust in it that historical Al Qaeda documents have not displayed.
