It will be a big mistake if we fail to warn people with the proper terror alerts. Many innocent lives will be lost if they don't feel they have to prepare for imminent danger. They depend on the color alerts (unlike myself). The tendency is low color alerts to protect financial markets. Protection of citizens should come first! If AQ kills almost 200 in Spain and says they are 90% ready to go on America, in my opinion, that's an upgraded threat. I also don't believe AQ will care what color code is in effect before they strike us here. We've been served notice.
