Trying to make sense of the elk die-off and some rumor about a 6.5 quake in WYO on 2/7/04 that wasn't reported by USGS. It was reputed to be a "mine explosion." Add that to the possibility of Yellowstone's caldera possibly acting up again. Also discussing the Tesla theory that VLF waves cause "scaler waves" which can soften rock and have been being broadcast by the Russian "Woodpecker" at the US since 1976. More on Tesla:
