By the way Revel, I downloaded that visual route thing you told me about and it kept telling me my problem was a firewall, I dropped all my firewalls and it said the same thing. I finally got to talk to my tech support guy and they just told me today (after talking to them before) that "gee,you are behind one of our firewalls", so they're getting me fixed tomorrow.
