BRITAIN, U.S. TO COMBAT SIMULTANEOUS TERROR THREAT

LONDON (Reuters) - Britain and the United States are planning an exercise to combat a simultaneous terror attack in both countries, a scenario ministers says their security services believe is a real possibility.
