The elk: I was reading somewhere that the ones that fell ill were allmost all females and their young. The article went on to say that the female elk graze on different land than the males, so they were going to try to analyze that factor. Sure sounds troubling to me.

The elk: I was reading somewhere that the ones that fell ill were allmost all females and their young.Two things about the dead elk: First elk are not small animals. If some toxin killed them within this 20 square mile area, imagine what it could do to humans? Second they began findiing these dead elk on February 8th. This morning the number dead was given as 280. They've had almost a month to analyze the toxin. With that number of dead elk, I would think results would be called for post-haste. Yet not a word. Why not?
