I'm talking about articles. Cutting and pasting articles is the same as cutting and pasting computer code. In other words, someone could copy FR's computer code and put up a site that looks exactly like FR. And they could claim fair use because they aren't doing it for a profit.

Section 107 (Copyright law) "...the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright."
