No there is a 2livecrew case regarding parodies that went to the scotus. Political parody is allowed.

I would further submit that FR, as an educational forum has a stonger case than a commercial site.

For examle CNN or FNC would not have to pay to report on the picture.

Yes, sorry its coffee time. I was inartfully trying to reference the SC case.

(BTW the case was argued by the same attorney CNN used to discuss the FL Bar conduct in Rush's case. Bruce Rogow)

I knew they would raise a stink when their images appeared here. Still, I don't like her rude tone of voice. Must be how she gets her rocks off via verbal assault, threats and one upsmanship. Not a profession for a real woman.

I doubt she actually wrote the letter. Lawyers keep all kinds of templates in their word processors and "fill in the blanks" and maybe add a line or two. (then charge you hundreds of bucks for "firing off" a letter)

Besides, once she hears that it's a one man operation without deep pockets, that will be the end of it. That's what this is all about. Scaring us away from "defaming" their annointed one, and making a buck in the process.
