Whether my IP is dynamic or not depends mostly upon time of day and current viagra dosage.I'm on broadband. Mine's hard all the time.

Wonder where this technical genius got something as wild and exotic as a dynamic IP? Mine's been looking a little peaked lately. I was thinking of plugging the box into a 240 VAC outlet to perk it up a little.
I'm thinking this particular cupcake also purchased an I D Ten-T interface. ID10T.

Care to explain the IP thing?
Is that the same as a proxy server thing to avoid being traced?
