Good point.
Being pregnant, I seriously have to munch on several small snacks/meals during the day to avoid queasiness and heartburn from larger meals.
I might buy some popcorn, I might not, but I will not be called rude because I am taking care of the dietary needs of myself and my unborn child.

Congratulations on your growing family. I hope I did not imply that people who choose to snack during the movie are being rude. I was passing along an observation made by a friend who attended a preview at Willow Creek a few weeks ago. In our Christian liberty we have the freedom to eat or not to eat!

I think everyone dial back the tension a little bit! Now everyone is debating the rightness or wrongness of popcorn!

I'm just glad I got babysitters for my kids, so I can see the movie. Some girls in our church are babysitting lots of kids so that the adults can see the movie. I'm barely going to have time to get them ready for the night.
I also don't want my stomach growling during the movie. I think I'd be more distracted by being hungry than by actually eating.
