Armless Americans (haha) should be given arms! Its the only government give-away that conservatives can support!!

It would even be Constitutional, for state, local or national governments to do. The Constitution gives Congress the power to provide for arming the militia. In times past those who couldn't afford a gun were issued one, although usualy by their town or state, not by the feds.
