It's absolutely no harm to me if it is posted twice (although as I mentioned before, this is the first thread of this article from myway; the other threads prior to this posting were from different sources). There's no written rule or guideline on the
FR Posting Guidelines page that precludes a poster from posting an article twice (although many consider this an unwritten rule).
Further, there IS a statement on that page that states "Don't be a whiner - If you really, really find Free Republic not to your liking, let the webmaster know directly (jimrob@psnw.com), learn to live with it, or move along."
