You are totally ignorant of politics. If we don't work to get the candidates into office, we don't have a majority. If you don't have a majority, we start to lose. If we start to lose, we have to compromise.
When we have the votes, we don't have to compromise.
If the gun owners would quit their crybaby little tantrums and get out the vote, we wouldn't have gun control.
The same people who are saying they won't vote for Bush are so politically ignorant they never noticed he said it before the 2000 election.

lol.....so because I don't work in some pols office I'm "ignorant of politics?" You're a complete fool with a monstrous chip on your shoulder. I
do work to get pro-gun candidates elected -- I write them (both in snail mail and email) and I call them.
If the gun owners would quit their crybaby little tantrums and get out the vote, we wouldn't have gun control.
You don't listen too well, chump. I already told you I vote for pro-gun candidates. ....and so does every gunowner I know.
The same people who are saying they won't vote for Bush
Ah, so now your assuming that I'm not going to vote for Bush because I disagree with his stance on the AWB. Well, you're wrong (as seems to be your habit).
Need any more bitchslapping today?

Some of us were told that he was just saying it to pander to the people in favor of it.
