Even though I have my disageements with President Bush's policy stands, I respect his upstanding and forthright attitude in his positions. I spent six+ years in the Navy in the middle '60s -- Kerry is a liar, and I resent the fact that neither he nor Fonda and their ilk were ever charged with treason.

Blame Nixon for that.
And blame Nixon for pulling us out of a war we actually won.
Nixon turned his back on the silent majority and gave it all up to the radical minority.
