While I admire the founding fathers, why is it so many Freepers are stuck in a 18th century time warp?

Have you ever known of any political movement that said "lets go back 200 years, to the way things were then?" and was successful in forming a majority?????

Probably not, but does that make the Constitution and the Bill of Rights null & void? That seems to be the end effect of the actions of both parties year-after-year, to which I say count me out...

Of course, I probably would have gone against the majority in Nazi Germany and been shot as a traitor to the state for spreading the teachings of a man who crucified back 2000 years ago..."lets go back 200 years" if at all possible, but I'm afraid we don't have the heart anymore.
