We're starting to see whole flocks of chickens coming home to roost due to legal casusistry of liberal courts.
Liberal state supreme court justices in MA order the legislature (a clear violation of their separation of powers) to legalize gay marraige. Then they use the "full faith and credit" clause in the US Constitution to force the other states to also legalize queer marriage, even if the people don't want it. In fact, I doubt even the liberal population of MA wants this, but who the hell cares what people think when judges rule?
What's to keep the Vermont SC from stating that since the state does not require CCW permits, under "full faith and credit", all concealed weapons laws in the other 49 states and DC are illegal, and everybody gets to carry concealed? (A good idea, but not by that highly unlikely method of implementation).
And just think how much fun we'd have if a state court used the "principles of foreign jurisprudence" and "compelling state interest", invented last year by the liberal majority of the US Supreme Court, as a basis for tearing something down, or implementing something else.
We're entering an era of lawless courts that recognize no limits on their powers, or separation of those powers from the other branches of governments. The liberals are snickering at this, because all of this crap is just one big liberal wet dream that could not be implemented any other way. But it also carries the danger of starting a civil war, and the liberals don't have any guns.
It's about time to pass a constituttional amendment that allows a super majority in both houses of Congress or a super majority of states to overturn US Supreme Court decisions and appealate court decistions.
But it also carries the danger of starting a civil war, and the liberals don't have any guns.
Why do you think the left wants to take away our guns?
