If you really want to do that it's $82 and you have to make appointments now. I think that might only cover the license. Isn't there an additional charge for the ceremony itself, like another 60 bucks?
Consider carefully before going through with this plan though. If one does marry a pig, and the license is considered valid, the pig could sue for divorce, and one might end up paying alimoney to the pig. And if the pig should slip away and have piglets, then one must contest paternity right away, and even then one might still have to pay child support.

Of course, because they're special, and deserve those special rights.
Meanwhile a couple of years ago DH and I went there to get married (took weeks to do, appointments, etc) and had to cough up a lot of $$$ (and when you have SF rents it is HARD to cough up extra $$$).
But, we're straights, we're not "special" with "special rights".
