Restored to power 10 years ago by American marines after a coup, President Aristide now stands accused of rigging parliamentary elections, terrorising the small but wealthy middle class, and seizing dictatorial powers. He is protected by 4,000 "policemen", and they are almost all in the capital, Port-au-Prince.

Damn every pot headed maggot in the US came to life and wanted to join up. Outcome based ED being what it is they were confused and thought it was a "Cannabis Army" recruitment drive.

If the guy in that photo was wearing dark sunglasses (instead of reflectors) and carrying a Thompson (instead of an HK) he'd be a dead ringer for the Ton-Ton-Macout.
