Anyway, it's nice to see this stuff in an official document, but it's already been in the press that Kerry voted against all of these programs and vehicles.

The U.S. Navy defindes a "boat" as anything you can put on a ship. Also the only "boat" you cannot put on a ship is a Sub
that always has been called a boat. All of our carriers are SHIPS!!!
