I'm curious to know more about Earnest Lee Hargan (left out of a will) and Benny Fisher.

Last night the TV News interviewed Benny. He appears to be very uneducated or possibly "simple-minded". I doubt he has the ability to pull anything like this off.

I'm thinking more in line of the step son.

We need more info about the type person Earnest Lee is, and what he has been doing and DID do, in order to be disinherited.

It appears that "Benny" equals "Ernest" the adopted son left out of the will....

If Benny is "slow" then he could have been left out of state/federal programs that provide some of his subsistance..if he was given property or money from an inheritance.....

.it was probably a wise legal decision to leave him out of the will....
