Yes, I understand. Do you think, generally speaking, it makes sense to think she removed them to clean up? Makes sense her home was a bit messy due to a sick child, working full time, regular household duties, and found time on a Saturday morning to rake out? We know they were planning on attending the Dixie National Rodeo that Saturday evening. Rebecca had purchased tickets, as a gift to Richard. I don't know. Just seems a likely time, to me, for a working Mom to tend home and hearth on a Saturday morning.

Attention: WOrking Moms, does the above make sense?

If the rings were left on the kitchen counter (as you indicated in another post) then I would say, yes, it makes sense that she might have removed them to wash dishes. However, the treatment of one's wedding ring is a very personal issue. Since mine has never left my finger in 22 years, my first thought was, "Maybe she was preparing to leave him." However, I realize that was a personal conclusion based upon my own habits. Not knowing how diligent she was about wearing her rings, I simply don't know what to make of the fact they she wasn't wearing them.
