what a sad excuse of a human being. she may have gotten plenty of stuff "free" but judging from her habits, outlook on life and appearence, it was all at a pretty steep price.

She's a rank amateur compared to some of our worthless social leeches that have spanned multiple generations, all while multiplying exponentially.

The daughter learned from the mother, who is the real story. At 58, she's been on the dole since 1969. That's 35 years. So the mother quit working at age 23.

People like her should be shamed publicly. Sadly she just was, and still doesn't get it based on her response. The only reason she been on the dole for 16 years is she has no shame.

"when she quit a NEW DEAL course designed to help her find a job." FDR's legacy, just paid in pounds instead of dollars.

Seemms to me there are people like this in every culture, in every time. Only thing different is the powerful motivator present for most of history. This kind of person either found someone to take up the slack or died. That kind of motivation is no longer present. She could be one of those do-nothiing housewives who kept a slovenly house with slovenly kids but she can't find a man.

The socialists in England have finally created the human cow. Sedentary, obese primates that take up far less stall space than their bovine relatives.

"What ails societies at present is not that everybody wants as much money as possible but that everybody wants to do as little as possible. We used to wonder how in the nineteenth century it was possible for so few to have so much at the expense of the many. Now the wonder is that so many get so much at the expense of the few. A showdown between the few who work and the many who don't will make a strange sort of revolution."
To: ejdrapes
Geesh! We don't need to go all the way to Britain to find an example like this.
Of course, that would be politically incorrect wouldn't it?
IMO, if they can list the names of drunk drivers, traffic scofflaws and child support delinquents, why not lazy arses that have been on the welfare rolls after say...4 years?
To: Feckless
You said it- over here she would have been able to pocket that 30,000 pounds in a few years, not the sixteen it took over in England.
Anybody remember what the equivalent salary is for a person on welfare?
