"Hallye Jordan, a spokeswoman for Lockyer, said the attorney general was treating the governor's letter as a request ..." -- Sacramento Bee, 2/21/04

After reading this I sent the following to the state attorney general's office:

Dear Mr. Attorney General:

I note in this morning's Sacramento Bee that your office is considering Friday's directive from the governor as a "request".

Do not be confused, Bill. The governor is directing -- not requesting -- that you do your job and represent the large majority of Californians in putting an end to the illegal actions of San Francisco city and county officials in positions of civil power.

I expect and demand that you take immediate, effective action. I am certain that the governor doesn't hover over you each day to see that you do your job or that he issues many directives to you personally, so just get off your politically-sensitive butt and do your damn job.

calling the letter a request is a political calculation by a democrat. It is a figurative effort of disrespect.

Time for swartzenegger to clarify the "request".

I have notice over the years of legal practice that the unscrupulous lawyers take abuse of manners. Civility is no longer part of the legal profession.

Arnold better clarify this homoenabler.

if my boss makes a "request" and I don't do it, I'm unemployed. I emailed Lockyear too, although his web site very well.
How can Arnold put Lockyear in a tight spot if he continues his deriliction of duties?
