This has no relationship to civil disobedience. This is an ELECTED civil servant bureaucrat (in other words the GOVERNMENT) refusing to follow or carry out the law, not a civilian disobeying the law.

Absolutely! As I indicated, they think this is civil disobedience aka. the sixties, but of course the fact is this steps ups to criminal acts by officials sworn to uphold the CA constitution. I'd be a little more concise but I'm enjoying my dinner while keeping up with the posts.
