O'Reilly needs to calm down and realize it does take time to formulate a strategy

It took the A.G. of N.M. less than a day to shut down same-sex licenses in that state. Maybe Bush has to take his time to do it right, but Arnold should've been there from the start and his words should have been more forthright.
