Good luck. Outright overturning their earlier decision? Not likely to happen. Particularly not with this squeamish bunch. Public policy of 30 years and all that stuff. If it makes it too the Supremes, it'll be 6-3 to keep Roe -- that's my guess. I don't think it'll go 5-4.
Interesting though that the SCOTUS overturned 214 years of precedent and overruled a case that they themselves had just decided only 17 years prior in order to further the agenda of the sodomite perverts.
