"State law defines marriage as a civil contract between contracting parties. It doesn't mention gender."

What a stretch. The word, 'marriage,' is already legally defined as a union between a man and a woman. Time to flatten these suckers out by pounding them in the head with Webster's Unabridged and Black's Law Dictionary.

Hey, New Mexico! What idiot is in charge of this state? 'Contracting parties,' wanting to MARRY must be male and female -- one of each. I can't believe I pay taxes to pay these crazies.

Not to mention it makes no exception for siblings. Or sons and daughters for that matter.
