It would make for a very nice tool for revenge against a neighbor that you don't like. In my neighborhood the homes are pretty close to the sidewalk and seeing what is on people's TV is easily viewed when I am out walking my dog.
Considerate people would close the curtains, but then there is always the inconsiderate.

Just funnin' but isn't peeking in someone else's windows worse than leaving a curtain open? Like I said, just joking. I understand what you meant. Just couldn't help myself in commenting, LOL.

Well, a good way to "cure" it might be to get a small group of friends and/or neighbors together to have a "sidewalk viewing" and throw in a few cheers and boos. Might embarass them into being a bit more discreet.
