The Attorney General is derelict in his duty. If he does not want to uphold the law, or in fact do what his job requires, he should resign or be removed.

If he is so philosphically opposed to maintaining the law, if he were an honorable man, he would resign.

Unfortunately, being a Democrat pretty much precludes him being honorable. I sincerely hope someone is preparing a recall petition on him. Evidently our state's liberal lunatics still don't "get it."

On the other hand, I'm glad Newsom has shown who he is so clearly and so early. I would have hated for him to be governor or president before going power mad.
