Ya know, me too.... At first I thought that he was that Chinese official who used to be in charge of the Loa Alamos National Nuclear Lab in New Mexico???? Or was he the guy who worked in NYC who tried to assist in Monica's relocation? But then I realized that he is just another one of those new Mexican politicians.......
