Wonder why Mospan wasn't held personally responsible for her criminal conduct. We (the people of the United States of America) will continue to face the predations of such "public servants" and bureaucrats until there is a mechanism in place to hold them accountable for their actions, and not just pass the buck to innocent taxpayers for their misdeeds.

This happened in 1997. Gee, I wonder who was President then, and who appointed her bosses?

Jepson said she was asked to help in a scheme to rid the SBA office of what former district director Jo Alice Mospan considered too many male supervisors. We need to get ignorant, prejudicial and dictatorial women out of positions of power. Certainly there are men with those qualities, too, but they seem to wreak far less havoc.

Shouldn't Mospan be charged for a hate crime?

the agency must either offer her a $67,000-a-year job or pay her that much in each of the next three years until Jepson reaches her retirement age of 62. This is the part that got me. An SBA lackey in MT, where a case of beer is 6 bucks and steaks the size of your torso are 2 bucks, gets $67K prior to sticking it to us for her pension. SHEESH. No wonder there is a deficit.
But, on another note, my home county gets to pay millions to six librarians over the next three years because their supervisor felt there were "too many white people." Oh, and the county lost twice as they were retaliated against the first time they won the lawsuit and were reinstated.
