I'm alerting my husband - his group on Military.com has some really good investigators - they come across frauds all the time..... perhaps someone there can do some more intensive research

I'm unfamiliar with the way the officer side works, but apparantly they can recomend themselves for medals and do so all the time---so I've heard.
