OK, I heard this on Mark Levin tonight. Now, how long will it be before other media outlets (ohmigoodness fox at least, but maybe all the rest of them) sue to obtain this under "fair use" and whatever else applies. I mean they sue over everything.
This should prove interesting. And is there some Kerry hating person out there, or an otherwise obsessed person (loves news shows, an amateur archivist, et al.)who may have taped the 2001 show? Probably. I think I saw something like this on a tv show once, but I can't remember the details now. Some fan had taped EVERTHING the guy had done, and the guy needed to get a copy, because he too had taped all his shows, but he lost one. Wait, wait, I remember....it was a Frasier show.

Why not wait until he becomes the nominee?
We shouldn't "shoot our wad" too soon, eh?

Why not wait until he becomes the nominee? I think that is the point. The media is worried that Kerry might not be able to win so it is time to demolish him and make way for Edwards.

I committed the same kind of atrocities as thousands of other soldiers have committed in that I took part in 1. shootings in free fire zones. 2. I conducted harassment and interdiction fire. 3. I used 50 calibre machine guns, which we were granted and ordered to use, which were our only weapon against people. 4. I took part in search and destroy missions, 5. in the burning of villages. All of this is contrary to the laws of warfare, all of this is contrary to the Geneva Conventions...
Is this the truth ? Are any of these things atrocities ? Is there a presumption that civilians were being killed ?
unless killing of civilians is involved, I don't see it.
