You are culturally insensitive. those "People" show pain by cheering and smiling. Either that or they thought they were welcoming American troops.
I think I'm going to convert to Islam. That way whenever I pass a wreck on the highway, the family can jump on the hood waiving AK-47's and cheering as they extracate the victims.
