I just finished Zell's book. It might as well serve as a blueprint for Bush's srcond term (good and bad.)

Not too sure about Koch at the convention, but after reading Zell's book, I'd give him a primetime speech in a heartbeat.
One of the best politicians in the country, even when I don't agree with him.
