I would like to know the following about kerry:
1. Who put him in for his Silver Star.
2. Why wasn't he court martialed for war crimes or crimes against humanity upon his admission that he comitted war crimes and that he also witnessed others comitting war crimes [cutting off people's heads, arms, and ears] and did not report or try to stop it.
The statute of limitations do not apply to these crimes because the National Socialists were prosecuted under these statutes by Israel long after WWII was over.
