A recommendation: count and save your pennies now. Once the global economy equalizes, incomes in America will drop considerably. My plans... Good plans. Also you might add, *don't buy big-ticket items* that are made in slave-labor countries like China, Vietnam, etc. Today's Wall Street Journal had an article about how US furniture makers are wiping out jobs in favor of China-made wooden furniture (chairs, tables, etc.)
Thanks for the heads up. Our old couches are wearing a bit and we are considering buying new. I will keep an eye on this when we start looking.
