I know that true slaves exist; however, the term "slave" is often thrown around in hyperbole (whether you know it or not) just because say, and illegal alien makes "only" $4/hr. When you agree to work and are not held to it at the point of a gun or bayonet, you are NOT a slave. That's all I'm saying. I'm not talking just about the China talk.

As for this *whole* issue - why is it so complex? Why don't we just agree that every1 has the natural right to do what they damn well please as long as it is not violating the natural rights (NOT privileges or luxuries, which is what libs try to make into rights) of others? If you don't like what some1 is doing, that is a less-obvious moral choice YOU can make - to not patronize them, and even to complain about them. But don't lobby for stopping their right to pursue something the way they want. It's socialist rules & regulations (e.g., income taxes, minimum wage, union-only [aka "me me me"], labor restrictions, liscensing of every damn thing, OSHA, insurance, etc) that have more often than not pushed corps, small businesses, and individuals to choices you mite not like to survive.

In other words, in your libertine universe, Benedict Arnold deserved to be made a national hero. This is why no real American can agree with you. Treason is Treason.
