Killing Medicare would go a long way toward cleaning up the medical care industry. Tort reform is good, anti-frivolous lawsuit legislation and requiring lawmakers to give up their legal practice first before being eligible to WRITE the laws along with it would be even better.

Better idea, NO Lawyers should be allowed to hold either Political Power OR Judgeships. Matter of fact.. I see no problem with packing all the lawyers onto a large barge and sinking it in the atlantic :o)
