Conservatives in California are planning on reviving Prop 187, or was it 87? Anyhow, it may be the beginning of a conservative revolution, state by state. That's the only help we'll get on the issue of illegal immigration - state by state. Perish the thought that the Dems win, as they will immediately give 12 million of them citizenship and the state laws won't mean a thing.
