Fox News, with 22% of precincts reporting, and with Kerry and Edwards tied at 38% is projecting Kerry as the winner.

Since Kerry was about 24% ahead of Edwards a few days ago, I wouldn't call that much of a win.

How the hell can they call it for Kerry when it is basically tied and with only 1/4 of the votes in? If this was Bush vs. Kerry, and Bush was slightly ahead, they would say it is "too close to call".
